I bought a fedge and willow arch recently and I have now managed to get it planted despite the weather! I’m very pleased with it.
I would like to praise the excellent service and help I got on the telephone. I called several times, while ordering and especially while erecting it. The phone was answered immediately and I got real good personal service with comprehensive and excellent advice in answer to my questions.

We ordered a kit to build a long fedge (about 25m!). It was delivered very quickly, well packaged and with all parts as expected. I didn't find the instructions very clear (where to start? how far apart to plant each upright/diagonal? how to do final posts? how many crossing points to expect?!) but thanks for answering some questions over the phone. Anyway, it was fun and easy to have a go and we seem to have built something that looks great! Can't wait to see it when it starts to sprout.

A few years ago I bought the selected pack of 17 assorted willow cuttings, and I just want to say a huge thank you for my purchase which is now very high and is into its third year of cuttings, which I replant in between the willows. Hopefully in the spring next year I should have quite a bundle to dry for basket making, which I've never done before. Its all new to me and quite exciting. Not only do I have a substantial and very pretty fedge but material for craft work. So a huge thank you, the quality of your willow has exceeded all expectations.
Regards Maureen Willetts.

We are very pleased with our fedge. Delivery wasn't as quick as expected but once in the ground the willow soon got going, it was fairly easy to follow the instructions and now we are very pleased with the result which is sprouting well. We have new houses being built behind our plot and the willow is already providing a screen.
Would definitely recommend!

Delivery was a bit hit n miss, and we stayed in for a couple of days rather than leave it to be delivered in our absence.
It was pretty easy to plant it, and I used leftovers to fill in the lower level of the fedge. Looking forward to seeing some growth in the next few weeks. Just what I was expecting, and wish I'd seen it a couple of years ago when I was looking to plant a hedge to grow above our garden wall.
I'll send a photo when it establishes itself.

Came quickly and well packaged, everything of good quality apart from pegs which were useless.

I bought 5m of 'fedge', to screen off bottom of the garden. Full instructions included. So easy! Can't wait to see it burst into life in the spring.

The fedge kit seems good and we're pleased with it so far. However, delivery was appalling. Please stop using TNT.

I recently ordered 2 bundles of fedge kit. I was a little apprehensive about making sure I erected the fence correctly, however the detailed instructions really helped and once I'd prepared the area it didn't take very long before I had a living willow fedge. I can't wait to see what it'll look like as it matures. I'm so impressed I think I'm going to buy a dome kit for the playground at school.
Thank you

The willow took longer to arrive than advertised, but when it did arrive and we had it unpacked, making our willow fedge was easy.
All the instructions (including pictures) and materials you need are provided. The only extra things we did that helped was to mark a line 20cm from the base on all the rods so we knew when they were pushed in far enough, and to mark a cane with the tie off points so that when we wove it together the crossings were all at the same height.
There was even a few rods left over to make some obelisks with.
Looking forward to the spring now for it to burst in to life.
