Long (longer than ordered which was beneficial), straight, clean and fresh. Delivery was extremely quick.
Before ordering I spoke to the owners who were extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction.

We just wanted to say a very big thank you or Diolch yn fawr as we say round here. We really appreciated all the advice you gave and great customer service getting the saplings to us at very short notice. We got them all planted with the help of a couple of friends. I think kits should come with plasters though - for the planting blisters!
Many thanks again. We shall be recommending you!
